Join us as we "Step into Hope" and celebrate 50 years of help, hope, and healing!
Step into Hope, formally Walk a Mile In Her Shoes, is an exciting opportunity to invite the entire family out to celebrate hope, participate in fun activities, enjoy food from amazing food truck vendors, and walk together to raise awareness for sexual assault survivors in our community!
WHEN AND WHERE IS THE STEP INTO HOPE AWARENESS WALK?
The Step Into Hope Awareness Walk is scheduled for Saturday April 26th. We are meeting at Safety City at Clapp Park in Lubbock. Registration opens at 12:00pm with the walk beginning at 1pm! We will have more activities available until 3pm when the event ends, so stay tuned for more information!
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE WALK?
The Step Into Hope Awareness walk is family friendly and open for all ages wanting to participate! Everyone is invited to walk with us! We will have games and activities for all ages during the event!
Funds raised will be used to assist victims of sexual assault / sex trafficking and assist with primary prevention programs and education in our community.
